We, at Ace radiology wish you all good health at all times and maintain high standards of hygiene and infection control. We are spacing the bookings to limit the number of patients in the clinic at a particular time. The technicians and staff are taking care of disinfecting the surfaces and equipment frequently. Our priority is to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.
We intend to continue providing excellent healthcare to our local community and strive to work with our doctors for optimal patient outcome.
According to the recent medicare update for telehealth, No signature is required for the referral forms
We only need
- Name, provider number of the referring practitioner and the practice name
- Description of the diagnostic imaging service being requested.
Below is the link to our editable referral form, which would be easy to fill and send or you could just send us the above details with the patient details (by email or fax) and we will call the patient and perform the needful. As always, we will endeavor to maintain prompt and high quality reporting.

If you are installing InteleViewer on a Windows PC, you will first need to determine if your computer is running a 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows. You can find instructions on how to do this on the Microsoft Windows website: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-au/windows/32-bit-and-64-bit-windows#1TC=windows-7.If you are installing windows on a Mac then you will need to download the Mac OS X Installer. Once installed run the installer executable file and follow all prompts to Install InteleViewer.
When the installation is complete open the application and when prompted add the following details as your bookmark:

Enter the username and password supplied for login.
The InteleConnect and InteleViewer account will allow you to view patient imaging and previous reports online if the patient has attended our imaging practice.
Once logged in, you can view any patient’s medical imaging history by entering their surname into the “[Patient Name]” Search Box in the top left corner.
Select the study you wish to view by clicking on an item on the list. The associated report should be displayed alongside the relevant imaging. If it does not, please select “[View PDF…].”
