Dr Rashmi Gupta – MD, DNB, MNAMS, FRANZCR

Dr Rashmi Gupta MD, DNB, MNAMS, FRANZCR, our  General radiologist and chest specialist.

Rashmi started her medicine and radiology training at the top ranked university in Delhi (All India Institute of Medical Sciences). She continued her training with a fellowship in chest imaging in the prestigious Ottawa hospital. After several years of practice, she decided to relocate to Australia in 2014 with her young family. She initially worked at the Armidale hospital and served the town as well as reaching out to many neighbouring towns. The practice was challenging as she was the only radiologist and the resources were limited, however she enjoyed her time knowing the local people and valuing being a part of the community. In 2017, Rashmi moved to the central coast.

She is very experienced in all diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. She has special interest in chest imaging, but equally good at neuro, body, MSK, pediatric and women’s imaging.  She has been dedicated to academics and enjoys teaching her peers and medical students with honorary teaching positions at the universities in Armidale and Gosford. She has several publications in her name.

She is passionate about improving healthcare and providing personalised and high quality imaging.

Personally, Rashmi enjoys spending time with her family and is a busy mum with three little boys. She loves being at the beautiful coast and loves yoga and painting.
